You could be part of a team working in a ‘real catering kitchen ‘ providing full food service to staff and stud
ents within the organisation along with providing a buffet service to our many companies connected with Stride.

Course description:

Students will spend most of their time working alongside experienced catering professionals in a real working catering department, and fully functioning Café providing a variety of homemade dishes and salads, buffet items, cakes and pastries and much  more.
In addition to this, students will also be given the opportunity to research and develop menu ideas and recipes using our training room  with internet access, which will enable them to develop a good sound knowledge of the catering and hospitality industry.

These are CITY & GUILD ACCREDITIED, NVQ and NOCN TRAINING PROGRAMS available to all suitable candidates and anyone aged between  14  -19yrs can access these programs .
These  will provide students with Entry LEVEL 3 and NVQ Level 1 in CATERING and HOSPITALITY providing a range of units  covering a wide range of basic skills in the industry
