Welcome to Stride catering

My Name is Shaun Sterland I am the Catering Development Manager for Stride based in Leicester. I oversee the catering operations for the company at various sites they operate from, and along with my support team colleagues from stride catering bring many years of experience to you from across the industry.

Here in the departments Hub of the catering operations within the company, we prepare all the requirements for our customers, and in this purpose built area we also use it to train our students on city & guild accredited NVQ and NOCN training program courses, also using our chiller van to transport the prepared items to there destination.

Meet the team:

Adam Having Studied at Michigan State University, has also been working as a Chef in kitchens over the last 10 years, he has worked in a variety of ethnic restaurants in America and England including Mexican, asian Fusion, American grill and most recently at barceloneta here in Leicester.

Joanne Is a former Catering Apprentice at Leicester College, and is a very knowledgeable team member with much experience in all areas of catering and training, and a recently qualified Award Winning NVQ Level 3 CHEF.
